Joyce Wycoff is blogging again. You can find her at Good Morning Thinkers.
Her husband Richard died on November 27th after a long struggle with prostate cancer, and she writes movingly about it here. I spoke with her yesterday, and she seemed in pretty good spirits — especially considering what she's been through this year. She spoke highly of the hospice people who were present for the three weeks prior to his death. She's also looking forward to many new ways of thinking, exploring, and being in 2007.
For those of you who unfamiliar with Joyce, she's a veteran in the creativity in business movement. She's the author of the perennial best-seller, Mindmapping: Your Personal Guide to Exploring Creativity and Problem Solving, among others, and also the co-founder of the Innovation Network, and the annual Innovation Convergence Conference. Her newest product is the Innovation Igniter.
Why not drop by and wish Joyce well!
Roger,
Thanks for the news. I have a well-thumbed copy of Joyce's mind-mapping book, sitting right next to my well-thumbed copy of "A Whack on the side of the Head." How nice to know two of my favorite writers and thinkers are blogging.
