      Thank you for sharing this video. My mother in law suffered a serious stroke almost two years ago. My wife and I are now looking at ways to increase her kinesthetic activity.

      Now that you've mentioned it, i remember my late grandmother being sharp, even at 65++ and better than us young ones. Her hands were never idle; knitting, cooking, reading, etc. The only time she'd sit down was to rest her legs. *i miss her*
